There are two private bedrooms with ceiling fans and plenty of storage. There is a large bathroom with a stand-up shower adjacent to a newly installed stackable laundry unit. The kitchen and living space are very large and accommodating. There is a separate entrance with a brand new front porch.

The Up House (1,500/mo)

The Up House unit has a private door at the top of a shared foyer. There is a kitchen followed by a dining room, two bedrooms (one full and one queen), each with a closet, smart TV, alarm clock, end tables, and a dresser (plenty of storage). The Kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies. There is a central bathroom with a tub and a new mirror cabinet with a linen closet. The family room has two sofas, one acts as a sleeper (with guest blankets in the ottoman), and a fireplace. Laundry is in the basement with ample extra storage available and cleaning supplies for the house. The laundry is shared by me once a week. My office is currently in the basement and is kept locked, but I work there remotely often throughout the day.

The fireplace is not allowed to be used by tenants for safety, as there is a hole in the top roof that needs repair. There are recreational items in the backyard, such as a hot tub (available by appointment) and a fire pit.

There is ample parking on site in the front with a garage space (if available for $50/month).
